CONCEPT #1: FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS The facility will employ approximately 15 full-time employees. The ultra-modern design of the building structure boasts 35' high ceilings with 48' to 56' structural floor-to-ceiling column spacing. Most other buildings have 100 or more tight vertical poles and columns creating a dangerous obstacle course for participants. This open design creates the safest possible racetrack environment and is great for spectator viewing also. The building will incorporate high performance ventilation systems design to completely refresh the air within the facility every 5 minutes for a comfortable and safe environment. CONCEPT #2: FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS The facility will employ approximately 40 full-time employees. Initial traffic studies indicate that the facility’s customer traffic will not significantly impact the connecting roadway during peak or off-peak periods. Qualified environmental engineers have performed the initial sound tests within and at the property line of the selected facility at several calibrated meter points. The facility test demonstrated that even without any sound reduction treatments, peak-use operation falls well below the residential sound ordinances. In fact, the facility will emit less sound during peak operation than a normal passenger car driving on the closest roadway.
